Fill in the details and click link online to pay the £100 non-refunable deposit or more if you require
Please note all bookings also require a £100 damage bond which is refunded as long as caravan is left as found clean & no damage
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. how do we get keys?
If staying on Butlins you will receive paperwork by email or post, which you need to take this to the office on the day of your stay. The office will then issue you with the keys and passes.
If staying on another site,the key will be ina key safe next to the caravan door. You will receive a text the night before stay with the key code.
On kingfisher you will need a barrier card to get car on to the site. This will be left on kitchen worktop for you. You will need to park in the pay and display car park and walk to the caravan for the barrier card. (the card miust be left on worktop when you depart the caravan)
At tattershall lakes the key will be in the key safe. This is sent the night before stay.
Q. How can we pay?
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by card payment online -just follow link on the booking page
Q. When will balance be due ?
The balance of your holiday will become due 6 weeks before your stay
Q. Can I pay instalments?
yes instalments are welcome,
just pay how much you like as often as you like, as long as full payment is received 6 weeks before stay
Q. What time is check in & check out?
check in is 3pm
check out is 10am
unless you pay for
early check in which is 1pm £25 extra
late check out which is 12 noon £25 extra
Q.What happens if I cancel ?
The 1st payment of £100 acts as your non-refundable deposit.
Any extra payment to this would be refunded should you cancel up to 6 weeks before stay.
Should there be less than 6 weeks to your check in date no refunds are due.
Q. IS BED LINEN INC?
BEDS ARE MADE UP FOR STAY ON TATTERSHALL LAKES . ALL OTHER CARAVANS REQUIRE TO BRING TOUR OWN LINEN. OR YOU CAN HIRE A LINEN PACK FOR £35

Passes are not required on Kingfisher, North Shore or The grange at Mablethorpe
Passes are optional for Tattershall lakes please ask for prices as dates differ
Passes are compulsory for Butlins please ask for current pries
