Perfectly located onsite close to the shop, children’s park and exit barrier Oak 1040 is a spacious 3 bed 8 berth pet friendly caravan with double glazing and a full length, gated verandah

On the gated verandah there is outdoor furniture for all your alfresco dining Into the lounge there is a extremely large wrap around seating area with a pull out bed. There is a gas fire, a 32inch tv with a DVD player

There is a large kitchen with plenty of cupboards, a cooker, fridge freezer and brand new kitchen appliances/equipment

The dining area is open plan between the lounge and kitchen, there’s a large wrap around seating area with a table in the middle.

There’s a large hallway with a blow heater for them colder months

The master bedroom has a double bed, overhead storage, side cabinets, full length wardrobes, a dressing area and a tv for 2022

The second bedroom is a large twin room with overhead storage, a side cabinet, full length wardrobes and a dressing area

The third bedroom is again a large twin room with overhead storage, a side cabinet and a full length wardrobe

All 3 bedrooms have blow heaters for those colder months
